Please turn off the "Total Balance" animation. It just gave me a heart attack!

Since a couple of days ago, when I open the Android app my Total Balance animates and "counts up". It even does it if I just turn the screen off and on again, or move from one page to another. Well I opened the app just now and was shocked to see my Total Balance had apparently dropped by 25%. It turned out the animation had just frozen for a few seconds. Animating the Total Balance figure serves zero purpose. It's good app design to display data immediately without superfluous (and in this case, potentially worrying!) animation.
