[Uniswap] How can I verify if my intended transaction is not altered by malware?

When I want to swap a token on Uniswap the contract address appears on my hardware wallet. So I can verify if the contract address is right. But I don't understand how I can verify if Uniswap is really swapping the right tokens and amounts (instead of just trusting the Uniswap UI).
