This sub is full of memes?

I'm reading up on Moons and heard that ethtrader has an equivalent as well. Since I hold ETH and a number of ERC20 tokens, I decide to check it out for some trading advice. However, I'm surprised to see the whole front-page is just filled with memes! No trading discussions or technicals.. Are there any specific rules here regarding content to ensure high quality discussions? Maybe I just picked the wrong time to visit or had the wrong expectations?
