Seed phrase compromised, best way to withdraw hidden funds

Hi, last month my seed phrase got compromised, and the mf stole 500$ worth of coins. I have about 300$ in an eth smart contract, to withdraw it, I need some eths for gas fees (the mf left 0.00000069420 eth) So, what is the best way to make this transaction, by staying out of the radar?
