I'm not up-to-date with the latest Ethereum developments, so I'm unsure which phase the project is currently in. I recall reading in 2017 about Ethereum 2.0's imminent arrival and its potential to significantly reduce fees. Can you update me on whether this development is still ongoing and if there's any hope for fee reductions in the near future?
