Is there any way to tell if not mined transaction has been removed from all mempools?

I have one transaction with ~28 Gwei which won't execute for a week now. I don't know if I should cancel it somehow, although I don't see a way because Metamask says it's "dropped", and doesn't offer to cancel it. Etherescan still sees the transaction. What I should be doing?
