Is Ethereum 2.0 with Lamport Signature truly Quantum-Resistant?
I am finding mixed reviews online. Could someone please clarify? I even read online something about only ETH 3.0 becoming completely quantum-safe. I need to know this, as I aim to write my msc thesis on this topic.
