I need help proceeding to cash out my money🙏

Hi guys. I need help proceeding with this situation. As you can see, I’ve got $115 worth of “GoerliETH” (whatever that is, sorry I really don’t know anything about this) and I just want to cash out my money.

I’m using an iPhone and I don’t have access to a computer and also I live in Sweden. If anyone could give me some helpful tips on how I could proceed from moving this money from MetaMask to my bank account would be really helpful🙏❤️
