How to get grants?

How do I apply for grants from the Ethereum Foundation?

I want to build sign in with Ethereum/Polygon into my bicycle marketplace and help be an easy example of proof of utility in an easy to explain example for the community to use 💎

I know theres a Polygon form ( where I already signed in and they auto-delted my post for being a noob )
