1/ 9 public testnet resets & upgrades done to iron out bugs & issues with tokens - soon ready for the mainnet. [The ESDT standard](https://elrond.com/blog/elrond-tokens-esdt-nft-sft-specs/) embeds the functionalities required for fungible, non-fungible & semi-fungible tokens straight into our protocol. Specs:
2/ 342 Elrond Foundational Nodes have been removed from the network. Their stake has been moved as additional “top-up” stake on the remaining Foundational Nodes, averaging 768 [$EGLD](https://twitter.com/search?q=%24EGLD&src=cashtag_click) per node. The fee has been reduced from 19.45% to 10%, to balance delegators APR.
3/ Upper boundaries have been added for the creation mini blocks containing cross-shard TXs, in line with the maxgaslimit per block; gas refund adjusted according to the new gasLimit per miniblock. Cross-shard user-to-SC NFT transactions have received improvements & fixes.
4/ Other notable achievements: - Improved consensus in subround EndRound to avoid forks - Finished ESDT/NFT/SFT module audit & extracted nonconformity between implementation & documentation - Updates on view functions for ESDT & NFTs
