Electroneum mobile app bug

Hi, I'm a beginner miner/trader so I'm wondering has anyone possibly experienced this bug? I've finished the registration process in the Electroneum mobile app and when I try to login via app I get the message "You have not added/confirmed your PIN recovery mail" which redirects me to login via web where it says "Registration Complete, you may now log in". Technically I'm locked out of my account; how to solve it without creating a new account? Thanks!
