Hey guys. Sorry if this has been asked before, I just want to confirm.

So in order to earn interest back on my ELA, I need to own 300? That's it? I've read about how people have already "locked in" funds. Can someone shed some light on ELA with regards to "staking" or "locking funds" to gain interest? Do I still have the opportunity to do this? And around when will this start happening? Also, what is this "box" thing I'm reading about?
