Someone please do good help us

As everyone keeps saying how is noobs shouldn’t keep our (theirs) coins on apps like robbinghood and I was wondering if someone could take the time and please just explain in simple steps or provide a link to a video of how one would go about extracting this money/coins into a safer place. And also does that mean one would have to move it back and forth for each transaction? Please help. Thank you. I’ve been here before the .60 jump and just sitting on 40+k in doge at a rate of .07 Please help and thank you. If we’re in this together I hope we can come together helping each other as well.
