Exchanges for buying DOGE with a minimum commission

Hi all! I would like to ask the Doge community what exchange they use to buy DOGE. I saw the list of exchanges listed on this subreddit, but these are just centralized exchanges, and I would like to receive DOGE directly to my wallet.
