DCR Hive - a new low(ish) fee VSP coming to your Decrediton soon(tm)!

Dear community, It is my pleasure to announce the launch of a new Decred VSP - [**dcrhive.com**](https://dcrhive.com)! After staking solo for a couple of years, which in itself is an exercise that abounds in appreciation for the Decred software and the talented devs responsible for it, I thought I would try my luck at graduating to something bigger. After many trials and tribulations I am delighted to say that I was successful in deploying and voting a ticket using [**vspd**](https://github.com/decred/vspd/), and therefore would like to offer you, the community, a new choice of VSP for your consideration. The idea for it is to be a low(ish), hopefully sub-1% fee VSP that would reintegrate most of the DCR paid in fees back into the DCR infrastructure by providing liquidity for DCR's Lightning Network on a soon-to-be-deployed [**dcrlnd**](https://github.com/decred/dcrlnd/) node. Until [**dcrhive.com**](https://dcrhive.com) is listed as an official Decred VSP it will charge a fee of only **0.1%**. I hope that this will be enough of an incentive for some of you to send a couple of tickets my way to help me test the robustness of my setup a bit further.
