Welcome Package at custom duty. What Information can I give them, that they release the package?

Hey guys, I just received an Email from custom duty because of my welcome package. They want a receipt or an order confirmation but i dont have anything like that. What can I do? Only Thing I have is the Private Club welcome Email, but they won't accept it. Any help?
