How can I get in contact with support? It's been 5 days. No response from email or chat about my locked account.
What is the best way to get a response from crypto.com customer support?
On Saturday night my account was locked and I was instructed to contact support through the in app chat or by emailing contact @ crypto.com.
When I use the in app chat, I get an automated reply "Crypto.com typically replies in a few hours." but never any response beyond that, even after days of waiting.
I have sent multiple emails to their support address but none have gotten a response. I fear sending more emails will simply tie up their apparently overburdened support team.
I currently have a transaction labeled "pending" that I no longer want to complete after all this time. Is there some way I can ensure it will be cancelled? I checked the confirmed blocks and it has not posted so I am confident it has not been initiated yet.
I realize they have a small team for the volume of inquiries, but this time frame is simply too long for receiving support.
Any advice is much appreciated, but I would really like to hear from someone on the crypto.com team.
