Transferred BTC from Coinbase to Crypto.com. The BTC show up on the mobile App, but not on the webpage?

I'm a bit confused as to where those BTC went. I can see them on the mobile app and am able to trade with them on there. But when I look on the webpage I can't find them in any wallet. I would prefer using the browser when trading on the exchange because it's just easier to see stuff and use indicators on a big monitor. How can I make the BTC that are currently showing up on the mobile app exchange also show up on the webpage exchange? Thanks!
