Has anyone had this issue before? It's been smooth sailing for my transfers from Binance -> Crypto.com -> crypto.com card, until today. I sent $1000 USDT to my crypto.com account and it didn't arrive. I checked Etherscan and everything has been successful on their side.
Has anyone ever had this issue? Has customer service been successful in looking into such problems?
Also is this a common thing during weekends? I trust that customer service will do their thing as they claim they will talk to me within 24 hours.
