Experience with Customer Service: Card Replacement (4/5 star rating)
There was an issue with my card, nothing my fault. contacted customer service, got reply within 30 mins.
They blocked my card it to investigate what happened. I did not like this, but it was necessary.
investigation took a day and I was reimbursed, and new card issued.
I now have my new card. Whole process was 3.5 weeks.
Reason for rating is that whatever I used my card for had to be put on hold, no virtual card or work around in my area. Otherwise customer service and resolution team did a great job.
