Crypto.com fees

I feel like this app is fooling unexperienced traders, like me. I just lost 2k dollars in one second, after selling some of my cardano with "0.00" fees. I have only just realised whats happening after researching and now I know how I have lost thousands so quickly. It shouldn't say 0 fees, if there aren't actually any fees
