Jailbroken but I didn’t jailbreak my phone

For nearly a week my Crypto account has been locked because they’re detecting my phone is jailbroken. I do not believe I have jailbroken my phone. I messaged them on the app about 4-5 days ago detailing the issue, and have not received any response. Any ideas?
