Is the Crypto.com card real?

I staked 250k CRO for the rose gold card quite some time ago and have been receiving the 12% compounded weekly - but I'm not sure about the card. I see the Rose gold card on my app and I am wondering if it is just a concept card? There seem to be a couple videos around of people with the cards but it seems like this is still in the concept phase. Do I have to wait until the stake period is over to receive my card or is it just the idea of having a card that I set aside money for. I thought I was going to be able to get 5% back on purchases but I don't have anything to use for payment. Do I have to set up Google or Apple pay to use my card on my phone? I feel like there is something I am missing here.
