How do I use my crypto.com visa card to buy more crypto?

So when Bitcoin started falling I sold and moved everything to my crypto.com Visa card to keep safe, but it won’t let me do anything with it now? I want to buy back Bitcoin now the price is lower but there’s no option for it? There’s no option to buy crypto with it or even transfer it to my bank account? It’s just stuck there on the card! It won’t even let me use my crypto.com visa card as a payment method on crypto.com or even on Coinbase, I tried it there as well. How do I get around this? I don’t know what to do? Please help :/ thank you
