Best way to move CRO to crypto.com for staking?

Hi so I have CRO on another exchange. I'm kinda confused cause I get that the CRO I have are ERC20. If I want to move them to [crypto.com](https://crypto.com) I should use the ERC20 wallet right? And then I want to stake them for the card and I heard the stake APY for the [crypto.org](https://crypto.org) chain are higher so what do I have to do now? Where do I move them in the most efficient way (ERC20 is asking me 65 CRO for the transaction) and where do I stake them?
