I'm trying to figure out how to withdraw money from my app, but I'm struggling

I have some money on my crypto.com app which I wish to get into my bank account. What's the most effective way to get them? Do I really have to make a 100 deposit just so I can withdraw my things? Is there any workaround, like transfering my coins somewhere that doesn't have such requirements?
