Help getting my tax documents. Please.

Everything I’ve ever done through Crypto.com has been through the app… I’m trying to use their website to get my tax information but it’s telling me I don’t have an account for my email address that’s literally the only one I use… what gives?! Is there a reason I can’t just use the app to get all this crap? I have contact it’s support but they have not gotten back to me yet.
