Validator set expanded for ATOM holders!

We should celebrate anytime a network expands as long as there aren’t any adverse effects. This hopefully creates a more dencentralized network and folks should consider showing some staking love to those newer validators at the bottom of the active set. I’m too poor to run a node on the network but I highly recommend Consensus One. Their resume of contributions to the network is amazing.
