Atoms & ?

Hey all still a noob and still asking questions! (Up to about 35 atoms after today’s dip... only buying at this point if under $20usd until the greater market has found a floor) So the other day I asked what other coins besides atoms people held and somebody responded with “anything in the cosmos ecosystem” then followed up with a “buy iris it’s cheap”.. so I went off to find more about iris. Id like to get a few coin,... but where? Coinbase (not pro) is where I am currently - moving all my atoms to cosmos station and they don’t offer Iris - so how do you guys procure these? If you do. The sushi swap/pancake stuff scares my noob butt at the moment as well... Additionally - Are there other low market cap projects still on the ground floor as part of the cosmos ecosystem I should be looking into? If so, where are those procured. Help appreciated as always. Also - if there is a billboard of this information behind me just tell me so, I’m ok feeling stupid right now.
