Native tokens concerns due to 1 ADA rider (Min-Ada-Value) in each UTXO?

Hi everyone, A few quick questions on the impact of forcing every UTXO to contain at least 1 ADA. I'm a bit afraid this might slow down adoption of Cardano for a lot of applications relying on custom tokens. 1. So first off, doesn't this make using native tokens a lot more cumbersome? 1. And what's the point of Babel fees if every native token UTXO needs to be accompanied by 1 ADA? I assumed the whole point of Babel fees was to allow transacting native tokens without requiring the user to hold ADA! Thanks!
