How to get reward balances out of my old Staking wallet?

I recently moved ADA to a hardware wallet, but the old wallet got some rewards a few days later. Daedalus says that it "cannot send from a wallet that contains only rewards balances". Do I have to send ADA from another account to this wallet in order to get the rewards balance out?
