Help ! Cardano disappeared from my infinito wallet.

I had some ADA on my infinito, it asked me to update my wallet which I did on my android. Infinito gave me two options; " beginner " or " expert " of course I am no expert when it comes to crypto so I chose beginner and once the update was over my balance showed a big round " 0 " no idea what happened. When I check Cardano blockchain it shows no transactions whatsoever, (meaning my ADA is still siting in my wallet). Can anyone please tell me how to recoup my ADA ?
