Hi, i looked at the Cardano SL network topology documentation. The part about relay nodes says. "Relay nodes are fully under the control of the federated committee of initial stakeholders." Does it mean that Cardano is centralized like Ripple? If it's centralized what is the point of edge nodes beeing decentralized. Or are edge nodes integrated in the wallets? Thanks
