I have recently been in thought about the many different ways Cardano and other decentralised blockchains can change the world. However, a big hurdle I see is governments “censoring and restricting” access to such services by forcing ISPs to shutdown internet access, like the Ugandan government did last month during its elections.
However, I thought I heard Charles mention recently (could be months ago or not at all) that he had thought about making Cardano services accessible even without internet connection. (Is that even possible?) I’ve tried looking into where this was mentioned, or if it even was, but have had no luck. Does anyone know if this was actually said, and if you have link could you please share it?
I really like this idea and am hoping I didn’t make it up.
