Binance Identity Verification Issues

I’ve been trying to get my identity verified on Binancr for almost a year now and it keeps getting rejected even though I upload correct documents and selfie. I tried today again and I get an email to say “verification unsuccessful” with another email few minutes later to say “verification success”. What is the issue? Why mixed messages? Why am I having to re-verify when I already did it when I first joined Binance? Why is Binance’s service quality so poor. I have been unable to trade on Binance in such a long time. They have locked my money in. What can I do about it? I’ve been forced to used other crypto trade apps now because of this issue with Binance
