I have 2K open EOS. All hope lost, or?

Hi guys... I have 2K open.EOS on the BitShares exchange/platform. I did a bit of research and I believe Openledger made some changes or even deactivated their gateway sometime in 2020. So my question is can I still exchange the 2K open.EOS to 1:1 ratio to the real EOS? If so, how would I go about this? I am prepared to lose it all since it was of course my responsibility to exchange this long time ago :(. (Background story) I know I'm silly and should have fixed this long ago but I have 2K open.EOS on the BitShares exchange. I totally forgot about them since my brother was holding them for me for a few years. We recently talked about crypto again and he mentioned that we still had our open.EOS.
