Why I think Bitcoin will Fail
I’ll be downvoted into oblivion for posting this negative opinion of Bitcoin here. However, hear me out. In 2140, miners may not be paid enough to sufficiently protect the network. When changes are made to the protocol to address this issue, there will be disagreements over which is the “real” Bitcoin. Perhaps it will even be much earlier than 2140 that miners won’t be receiving enough of a reward. Thoughts? Can anyone help me overcome this concern?
