where is the majority of bitcoin bought

Does anyone know how much bitcoin is bought directly from miners selling newly minted bitcoin compared to bitcoin bought from holders selling. Just thought it would be interesting and give a good sense of how much a halving affects supply, from what i've heard the majority of bitcoin wallets are hodling which is great.
