Where can I spend Bitcoin for actual stuff?

Anyone know where I can actually use Bitcoin? I am in Australia where you can't cash out for money-laundering reasons (supposedly). Made me curious to think about where can I actually use Bitcoin to purchase stuff and have it accepted without conversion?
