What would happen if Satoshi's wallet were to be activated?

Kinda curious what you guys think Bitcoin's price would do if any amount of bitcoin was moved from the wallet. Would people freak out? Would Bitcoin crash? Personally, I would be quite worried because I was really hoping that the wallet address was gone for good or destroyed.
