What’s the cheapest way (lowest fees) to outright buy bitcoin?

I bought bitcoin in Robinhood. And I’m wondering whether this bitcoin I bought can be sold outside the Robinhood app? It seems I’m Forced to then sell this bitcoin inside the Robinhood app as well. In other words, I don’t want to sell the bitcoin again on this trading platform, but I want to physically exchange the bitcoin for cash with a vendor I know. Thus, I basically want to outright buy the bitcoin on Robinhood rather than just “invest” in it. Does anyone know about this on Robinhood? Also, if not, what’s the cheapest place (lowest fees) to outright buy bitcoin on which I could exchange for cash in real life.
