Wealth transfer for future generations

So with 19 mil/21 mil of Bitcoin mined and in circulation and given it shouldn’t be possible to put a inheritance tax on BTC. What does this mean for future generations not born yet or not born as children of hodlers today?
Does this create a dystopian class divide? Or wouldn’t future generations iterate and make crypto 2.0 etc so they can be early adopters of those coins?
Do you see Bitcoin ever being superseded by a better version that could replace it or devalue it?
