Unconfirmed transactions in Electrum

I made 3 transactions, one was almost a week ago (messed up and set a super low fee of 4 sats), and the other two were yesterday. I do not care if I lose the first one, but the second two should either go through or be cancelled asap. I logged in two days in a row to see my transactions go from 'unconfirmed' to 'local', after changing the network it seems they were re-broadcasted with the low fee and went back to the bottom of the mempool. I don't have an RBF option for some reason (transactions 2 and 3 are marked as 'unconfirmed parent'). I'm not a super specialist in terms of crypto, I just use it to buy things online mainly and occasionally cash out. Does it have to be this complex?

TL:DR Transactions are stuck *somewhere* and will get marked as 'local' after about 24h, after which if I change network node, they reset and seemingly broadcast again. Can't cancel, can't RBF. What do I do?
