Here's what I often tell people after we have had a Bitcoin conversation: If for nothing else, there are some people in the room who are optimistic about the future and that is worth exploring.

That often gets people because the sheer apathy and pessimism growing in our culture from every angle is so palpable. I hear it all the time and feel it all the time and it's because people think there is not alternative but there is.

It is easy, very easy, to envision a positive future once you understand Bitcoin. That's what I like to communicate.
