The Bitcoin World Is Divided Into Three Kinds Of People
Clint Eastwood’s mythical phrase is fully applicable to Bitcoin.
As a film lover, I am a big fan of Sergio Leone’s work. Known as one of the most influential directors in the history of cinema, Sergio Leone is also known as the inventor of Western Spaghetti. Among his many successes in this category of films, there is one that I love above all and that I consider to be his best in the field: “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly”.
Last weekend, I watched this mythical film again. I must admit that I lost track of how many times I saw this masterpiece of cinema, but I must have seen it at least 30 times.
Among the many memorable scenes in the film, I particularly like the one in the cemetery at the end of the film when Clint Eastwood, a.k.a. “Blondie”, told Eli Wallach, a.k.a. Tuco, the following sentence that became part of the legend:“There’s two kinds of people: Those with loaded guns and those who dig. You dig.”
When I reviewed “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly” and heard that sentence again, I immediately had a revelation and drew a parallel with the Bitcoin. You may not immediately know what I mean, but I will try to explain how the parallel with Bitcoin is obvious, with one difference, however.
This difference is important because the Bitcoin world is divided into three kinds of people. Here they are.
