need quick and easy way to send 25 dollars of bitcoin using paypal debit card

I have had issues trying to buy crypto before as certain places want to hold your crypto for a week or more when making a deposit using a debit card. also, my bank of America card would never work for buying crypto, as I had to call to complain to the fraud department every time I tried to purchase crypto.

could someone please tell me how I can buy and send bitcoin quickly and inexpensively from my paypal debit card, and send a small amount of 25 dollars without excessive fees (percentage-wise)?

also has anyone noticed any post here on this discussion re bitcoin results in spam dm messages?
