KYC vs Non-KYC coins in one wallet

Hello guys, I got a question because I’m not 100% if I understand it right. On my Trezor I have walllet with kyc coins. If I create new wallet with passphrase can I store my non-kyc coins in there without tainting it while using one seed? Thanks for advices.
