Is there an app similar to Qapital that you can use with Bitcoin?

Qapital is an app where you can save for different things automatically (car, vacation, etc.) using automatic deposits.

I like the app but want to have my money in Bitcoin instead of cash. Anybody know of something like this?

The SEC has accused Binance of running an illegal exchange. "We allege that Zhao and Binance entities engaged in an extensive web of deception, conflicts of interest, lack of disclosure, and calculated evasion of the law".
Federal regulators have sued Binance, the world’s largest crypto exchange, accusing the company of running an illegal exchange in the United States and commingling billions of dollars’ worth of customer funds.
