In order for Bitcoin value to go up, we need to re-base Bitcoin using mBTC. Now. Immediately. Today. Everything from coinbase to trading platforms to wallets to TV news broadcasts needs to refer the Bitcoin unit of mBTC instead of BTC.

Psychologically, it is better to say it costs $30.00 to buy 1 mBTC than it is to say that it costs $30000.00 to buy 1 BTC. This is similar to the concept of splitting shares when a share value is very high. This will encourage more people to buy Bitcoin.

Once 1mBTC reaches $30,000 (ie. 1BTC = $30 million) then we can switch to uBTC as the primary unit of measure.
