I Need A Bit Of Clarity…
Hey guys I’m relatively new to investing as a whole (turned 18 this year) and got into bitcoin April of this year. Since then I’ve been doing as much research as possible trying to understand Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency in general. This subreddit has taught me so much about Bitcoin but one thing I don’t understand about this subreddit is its beef with other cryptocurrencies. Now I understand the alt coin bs and the scams but when it comes to “eat” I’m totally confused. Why is that certain asset treated as if it is the figurative opposition to bitcoin? I own both assets and I’m very curious to why “eat” is so problematic. (I’m calling it eat but I hope you can use context clues to figure out what I’m talking about)
Michael Saylor: "The best currency in the world is going to lose 99.9% of its value over 100 years ... The only reason that you're not panicked in the US is because the CPI is manipulated to create the lowest possible inflation number."
